1. About RESET

RESET ("we", "us", "our") publishes a digital lifestyle guide for men, distributed as a downloadable PDF after purchase. The Product is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The Product is educational in nature and does not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing or using the Product, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
• The information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

3. The Product & access

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• A receipt of purchase from our payment processor (Stripe).
• An email containing access to the Product as a downloadable PDF file.
• A redirect to a confirmation page with a direct download link.

If you do not receive your access details within 15 minutes of payment, please first check your spam or junk folder, then contact us using the support details below.

4. Licence & permitted use

When you purchase the Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to download, store, read, and print the Product for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may:

• Download and store the Product on your personal devices.
• Print one or more copies for your own private use.
• Read it, re-read it, and follow it for as long as you like.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or upload the Product to any public or private location.
• Reproduce, copy, or republish the Product (in whole or in part) in any format.
• Use the Product or its contents to create competing or derivative works.
• Remove any copyright notices, branding, or attribution from the Product.

All intellectual property rights in the Product remain the exclusive property of RESET.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. By submitting a purchase, you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the full amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

The Product is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges, no subscriptions, and no upsells.

6. Refund Policy

We stand behind the Product. If you've genuinely engaged with the material — read the guide and made a sincere attempt at the 7-day reset plan — and feel it has not delivered value, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Please note: because the Product is a digital download that becomes immediately available upon purchase, refund requests submitted after 7 days from the date of purchase cannot be honoured. Refunds may also be declined in cases of clear abuse, including fraudulent claims or evidence that the Product has been redistributed.

7. Educational disclaimer & medical notice

The lifestyle ideas described in the Product — including those related to sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, and mental practice — are general principles drawn from publicly available wellbeing literature. They are not promises. Individual results vary.

By purchasing and using the Product, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for any decisions you make as a result of reading it, and that RESET, its author, and any associated parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential outcomes arising from your use of the material.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RESET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Product or this website. Our total cumulative liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Product.
